A few years ago I knew nothing about how the oil and gas industry worked. I had thought many times about diversifying some of my investments into oil and gas, but probably never would have had I not gotten a call from Randy Hinguanzo with the DW Energy Group. Randy was thorough in explaining how it all worked, so I started out slow and gradually invested more. Randy has always been attentive in answering my questions. This industry cannot be predicted and can be volatile, so I don’t expect him to know everything that is going to happen. DW Energy Group has been spot on in providing the K-1’s for tax purposes and the write offs have been great. I am hopeful that the income stream will improve in the future.

To invest in this industry, I don’t there is a more reputable company than DW Energy Group to get started.

I invested with DW Energy LLC for the following reasons. The deal structure allowed for participation in the general partnership which allowed for maximum tax benefits in year one; the wells in the investment package were in a very production geography with proven results and high likelihood of success; the projected payback of cash on cash was in a timeframe that met my criteria. My experience with Jerry Hamilton regarding staying abreast of the production and establishing the information flow has been very very good. The reports provided meet high data standards regarding the content of production; cost and projected income. The reports that accompany payment also provide detail that I find quite helpful in staying informed about my investment.
